AOOV Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policy In AOOV, orders are prepared immediately upon completion of payment, and their processing begins right away within a precise preparation chain that includes inspection, packaging, and shipping. Therefore, we adopt a strict and clear policy to ensure fairness and protect product quality. First: Order Cancellation All orders are final after payment is completed. Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation in the system. Once the shipping bill is issued or processing has started, the order is considered in progress and cannot be reversed. If there is an error on our part before shipping, the customer will be notified and the full amount will be refunded. Second: Return and Exchange Due to the nature of perfumes and oils and being personal use products: Returns or exchanges are not accepted after the product is opened or used. Returns are not accepted due to personal taste differences. Returns are not accepted due to delayed shipping from the courier company. The only accepted cases: Exchange or compensation are exclusively only in the following cases: Product arrives with obvious damage (breakage/leakage). Provide clear photos of the packaging from outside and inside. Attach a photo of the shipping label. Product must not be used at all. Any report after 24 hours is not considered. Processing mechanism: Review of the case within 1–2 working days. If a defect is confirmed, free replacement within the Kingdom. Or a refund to the same payment method. The store has the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions.
